MEET OUR TEAM
Andrei Thompson
Coach Andrei he’s the founder of Ultra Sports Academy & all the achievements you can see in front of you are the result of his perseverance. We would like to Thanks Coach Andrei for everything he did to the academy and introduce for who don’t know him .
Coach Andrei has been involved in football for 30 years. He played professional football, then moved to UAE.
He is FA level qualified coach, also has qualifications for children with behavioural obstacles and learning difficulties.
Coach Andrei can coach all ages, but is specialised ages 2-5.
His sessions are fun and structured at the same time.
Coach Andrei supports Arsenal and his favourite player is Ronaldo.
His motto is “ A child’s smile is the most valuable commodity in the world!”
He hopes his ethos and methods are embraced by his team and students too.
Haya Sahloul
Haya is the force behind our social media. With her attention to detail and eye for an amazing picture. She is the talent behind the camera. Haya has excellent customer service skills. And her goal is to ensure the client is always right.
Sadiq Jetha
Sadiq is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in sports administration and facility management.
Additionally, Sadiq’s commitment to excellence and his ability to blend his business acumen with his passion for football make him a valuable asset in the academy.
Janine Binns
Janine grew up in South Africa, Cape town, and fell in love with dance at the age of four. She went on to train at the prestigious Performing arts school in Cape Town, The Waterfront Theatre School, where she culminated her Licenciate Qualifications from the Imperial Society of Teachers, London, both in Modern and Jazz.
After Performing Professionaly, Janine joined the staff at the Waterfront Theatre School as a senior teacher teaching up to Advanced levels. She also headed up the corporate events as well as being Senior choreographer and Production Manager for annual Musicals and Dance Performances. Janine has a love for teaching Musical Theatre and has a great passion for Jazz and Contemporary dance.
She has been teaching in Dubai since 2014 and has expanded her teaching in RAD Ballet, as well as working in Events and choreographing for Expo 2020. Janine is absolutely delighted and excited to share her enthusiasm, passion and energy with you all, and she can’t wait to guide all the talented students and see what they can all achieve together.
Gus Forder
Gus is one of our senior coaches. With a wealth of experience and vast knowledge of the game, it makes him a huge favourite with parents and kids.
His sessions are creative dynamic and very educational too.
Originally from Uk, and supports Norwich ( the fact he supports a rubbish football team, doesn’t reflect on his coaching)
We are very lucky to have him with us.
Sol Wheatley
Coach Sol is a FA level 2 qualified coach and has extensive experience working with children with a variety of needs. Coach sol is also a qualified PE teacher where he combines his experiences and skills to create exciting & innovative sessions where players can thrive.
Coach sol hopes to help each individual grow as both players and children as they learn from each of his sessions.
